VacLife Handheld Vacuum, Hand Vacuum Cordless With High Power, Model: H-106, Black & White (VL106)

I purchased the vac for the purpose of cleaning my home office desk each morning. With 4 cats in the house who like to sleep on my desk overnight I needed a “dust buster” that could handle the amount of work and that could handle cat hair. The vac arrived. Packaged well. And was delivered before the estimated time scale. The vac was spot on. Worked wonders. I hoovered the desk every morning. And my keyboard. I was delighted with my purchase. Then came a shock, it stopped charging. And wow! I got in touch with Amazon who said the seller will be notified and will be in touch, I again I can’t remember how many days they said, but the reply from the seller was so quick. I emailed them noting the problem. They asked a few questions. And within two emails they offered a refund or replacement without any hesitation. I’d been so delighted with the vacs performance, I chose the replacement. Within a day or so the replacement was delivered. An email from them to check that id received it. I will definitely purchase other goods from this seller. The replacement is going strong and is doing a spot on job. It’s always great to see customer service done well. Thank you

Has ok suction, not as good as an upright but that's probably expected as it's much smaller. Lasts for maybe 20 mins before needing a recharge but that's long enough for what I use it for (mainly keeping the area around our cat litter tray clean!), comes with one replacement filter, they are not the easiest to clean so hopefully they last ok. Easy to take apart to empty and really useful for small, awkward spaces.

This handheld is a great little unit. Suction is good, the tools that come with it and the little light that help in the slightly darker places. The filter is easy to clean / replace with the spare. Not sure if filters can be purchased from the seller but overall a great unit. Great for price and is light weight too. I did have issues when first using it and stopped working, but all seems to be ok now. Have purchased a second for my daughter as she liked the idea of it.

We bought this car vac 18 months ago and have been delighted with its performance. It powerful cleans up small areas very efficiently. Sadly, 3 days ago it stopped working. I followed the handbook instructions to email the supplier if I had a problem. Within an hour I had a reply from the lovely Flora who immediately asked me to forward my proof of purchase together with a short video of the problem. Within 24 hours she came back to me to confirm that the fault could not be repairable and offered to replace the product forthwith. I accepted the offer and gave her my shipping details. The next morning she came back to say the replacement was on its way and it duly arrived yesterday evening. Flora emailed me again this morning to check that the replacement had arrive safely and that I was happy with it. Only 3 days from having a problem to having it rectified. That’s what you call outstanding customer service! I thoroughly recommend this company and it’s products. A special thanks a very helpful and efficient Flora too.

What a great little vacuum! I was dubious after reading some reviews but the suction is fine. As long as you can do what you need to do in 20 minutes you'll be fine. It even has a little light on it, which I didn't realise at first. Easy to open and empty, though due to the size you may need to do this after every use. Edit - The vacuum was great but then stopped charging after 6 months. Dead.

This has been a great little vacuum, very useful to grab quickly when you haven't time to get the main vacuum out or you just have a few crumbs to get up. It's always taken longer to charge fully than the description states. And if you use the built in light the battery will drain very quickly, so it's not worth having the feature. Over the past few days I've noticed that I'm only getting a few minutes use out of it even after a full charge, then it dies. It's clearly showing signs that it's on the way out after only 9 months of use. This is unacceptable as I can't afford to keep replacing products that, for me, cost a lot of money. I have no idea how long the warranty is but it's probably not even relevant as we only get 6 months guarantee in the UK anyway, after that the consumer is blamed for everything that happens!

I am very pleased with this handheld vacuum. Great suction power and lightweight to use. The power lasts well and it's easy to charge when needed. It sucks up all sorts of fluff, crumbs etc. and is very handy for keeping the stair carpet looking good. We have a stair lift so not very easy to use the large cleaner. The light is good for seeing in the nooks and crannies and the attachments are also handy. It came with a spare filter but they do seem to be rather delicate so not sure how long they will last. Am hoping to buy another vacuum to keep upstairs, so one up, one down for convenience but before then have enquired about getting hold of spare filters if needed and am waiting for an answer. The vacuum came quickly, well packed in a nice cardboard box which it resides in when not in use. Very pleased with my purchase.

Really easy to use. Small and lightweight, just what I needed to clean my car and annoying areas in the house. Suction is ok, but could be better. What I was really impressed by was the VacLife service team (Lily), I had a defective vacuum but Lily was super helpful and the process of getting another working one sent over was quick and painless.
