Plastic grade is not safe for use! Do not buy!
This plastic is BPA free, however "BPA-free" does not always mean "chemical-free." Some replacements like BPS or BPF, often found in #7 plastics may have similar, albeit less studied, effects on the body. The number is not written on the box nor in the product description!!! I took the bottle office today and decided to check the number which is at the bottom - and guess what- it’s #7 !! How can you sell people poison? I want a refund! Buy plastic products with numbers #1, #2, #4 & #5. Avoid #3 & #7

Cap build quality
The bottle is good but the cap is quite delicate. It would break if it just fall once. How can we order a new cap for the same bottle ?

Manual missing from the package
The product is good. Easy to handle and carry. The manual is missing so initially, might be confusing how to use the straw. Please look at the pictures in review to get an idea. Leakage issues: if lid is closed properly, no leakage issues. See the rim of the lid while closing if it's aligned properly to avoid leakage.
