Its good apart from it doesnt stay tight it loosens over time, but good for a start kit.

Good budget weights

Great bit of kit, very sturdy and ideal for me. Price is great too, so easy to set up either one weight or 2 weights.

Solid set of weights but the grip on the bar is a bit rough due to the plastic. And you have to keep tightening the bolts at the end to keep the weight securely attached. But other than that, it does the job. May want to invest in some heavier ones for long term use as you'll out grow these quite quickly.

Efficient and effective

You can put all the weights on the dumbbells individually and I mean 10kg per dumbbell which is good! It’s a good weight to start off with and it’s very sturdy and comfortable, the grips are good and you can adjust it easily. However, it starts to fall once you put it into a barbell to lift. You can only fit in 10kg on the barbell itself which makes it around 5kg per arm, personally this is really light and doesn’t really do much for your body unless you spend a long time lifting. Not a bad product, but not amazing either.

Weights and barbel arrived promptly in sturdy packaging . Easy to assemble and the range of weights means that you can be flexible . They have been used as hand held weights or attached to the bar for weightlifting routines. Products appear well made however it is only over time that you can determine how robust they will be. Still good value for money.

The weights were easy for me to assemble . Hand bar is padded and comfortable to hold.
