I bought this product in September 2019 and within 3 months it has showing abrupt figure/reading, for pure and tap water it showing _ _ _ _ X 10 means the ppm it has detected is more than 9999 and unable to display. It's calibration is lost and can't be re-callibrated. So after 3 months this device is useless.

The product appeared good but once we began installation a very serious design flaw was noticed.The filter element does not seat in the bowl and there is large gap between the filter element outlet and seating in the bowl outlet head. This is easily seen prior to installation itself - when filter element is placed in the bowl and head is tightened , you can see that the filter is shaking freely and there is a large gap between the element outlet and head. Due to this flaw, unfiltered water will mix in the outlet.WE HAD TO PERFORM A MODIFICATION BY INTRODUCING A COUPLING WITHIN THE BOWL HEAD.This should have been identified by the manufacturer at design stage itself.VERY BAD DESIGN

The media could not be loaded. It's good but panel is not so bright. Sometimes gives inaccurate reading. Overall it's ok. They also give pH Indicator solution .
