This is everything I wanted it to be and more! I can envision so many uses for this - regular and decaf hot or cold coffee, lemonade and iced tea, plain iced tea and sweet tea, vodka and rum, and the list goes on! This will definitely be a go-to for all the entertaining I do. I like the carrying handle - it's a nice feature to make moving the drink dispenser a little less awkward after it's filled. So far I've used it with hot apple cider and hot coffee and it kept the beverages hot for hours, until they were gone! It has a sleek appearance that looks great with all my stainless appliances. It's easy to clean, looks great, does what it promises, and is affordable - what more could you want?!

I am actually super impressed with this product. I bought it with the intention of using it on our Camping trips so the kids wouldn't make a mess and really had no expectations for it. Well we got to use it this past weekend for a birthday party, no messes and the kids were able to fill their own glasses. I will definitely be using this much more often than originally intended and I can see their being many uses for this. I wanted to test using the hot and cold so I know for our next camping trip if I would be able to use one side for coffe/cocoa or just have hot water in there if we wanted to make tea or something throughout the day as mornings here are still a bit cool, and one side with ice tea or something that stays cool well I am happy to say that I left one side filled with boiling hot water and the other cold water and the thermal kept the temp for the hot hot and the cold cold. I am very pleased.

Using it is ok, but mixing things in it is impossible, and cleaning it is terrible. The individual canisters DO NOT come out of the holder (which I thought they would)

This is awesome! My family drinks a lot of coffee and tea at get togethers. I bought this in order to save myself some time having to keep pots of coffee going during those gatherings. I also have a son in sports, and with the changing weather, those Saturday morning games are rough. The first time I used it was for one of those morning games. It held about 3 pots of coffee total. The handle is sturdy. It is super easy to use as far as opening/closing and activating the push handle. The only thing I don't love is that it doesn't pour much out with each push, so you have to keep pumping it. Most impressive: I made the coffee at 8am. At 6pm, the coffee was still hot!

This is a nice thermal for meetings or small parties. It holds a good amount of liquid and you can use it for hot or cold liquids. I love that you get two pots so you can have two different drinks available. This dispenser is very light and the handle is perfect to prevent getting your hands burned and helps to prevent spills. The levers are easy to lock and unlock and does not dispense too much at once so you can easily regulate how much of the drink you will have in your cup. The dispenser is easy to clean and the parts are easy detach and reattach. I have dispensed hot water 4 hours after I poured it in for a cup of coffee and it was still hot so I know that it will last a lot more than that.

I like to use my product for a while before I write a review. I used it for hot chocolate, hot coffee, and hot water. Pros: Beverage stays hot for more than eight hours. Easy to carry, strong handle, convenient having both attached together. Pump strong enough, maybe more than 8 pushes on the lever for an 8oz cup, maybe. very sturdy. Cons: Difficult to clean two thermos stuck together without a brush and plenty of elbow room. You get four 8oz cups left over in the thermos that the pump cannot seem to get too. You have to tilt the thermos and have two cups ready at the same time and the two cups do not fill equally. Don't burn yourself. Final thought, I keep debating whether I should have bought two separate thermos instead. The convenience of carrying two thermos stuck together is what you have to decide against the cons. It does not quite hold a full gallon, but pretty close to it. About two or three 8oz cups short. I use a mini thermos for the extra.

Product came dented. I had to weigh the option of returning it and not having it for the reason I bought it, or keeping it and just dealing with being delivered an obviously damaged product. I kept it, but wish I would have returned it. It works okay, but it is not worth the price tag. The design can cause issues with pouring things into it, and the top does not come off all the way to clean. Keeps hot liquid cold for a few hours, but I would not recommend this to anyone I like.

This is a great dual thermos to have for family get-togethers. To be able to have a hot and/or cold beverages accessible is awesome. It is easy to use for both adults and children. The handle makes it easily transportable. The clean up can be done in just minutes. I really like the locking feature on the pump to keep young children from getting into it without supervision. The quality of the thermos is great. I look forward to using this product for a long time to come.
