Good product, but there's no need of Bluetooth option which sounds irritating, and vibrating sound is very loud but it's OK. I got the product at 4.5k worth it.

Nice product for eyes if you have strain in eyes it is very useful

I'm using this product for last 7 months but now it's not working and battery power is very low. Completely waste of money. No warranty also.

Initially I was happy with this product, it works for 3 rounds in a single charge but after 6 months its battery was not performing well in a single charge, I could hardly use it for 1 minute... so spending 6000 for 6 months is not justified. I need heat massage every night because I have sensitive eyes and chalazion issue ... So now I have switched to Heat eye mask Pad..... Dont buy this ❌❌❌❌

Requesting you to not buy.... No heat... Massage is so aggressive ... Can't be used on eyes... Eyes are vey delicate.. Loosing faith on Amazon, if Amazon was keeping such products.... That too not replacable... Nowonwards I will not buy any electric or high ticket items.... I would rather prefer hot water bag and food thermometer to keep check on heat of water.....dont even think of buying this......i dont want to give even one star. I would not buy this for even 700rs.dangerous products for eyes. .. Pressure is very high..really scary... Amazon should think twice before selling it. Does not heat much

Good massager but not great

I bought this because during the winter, my eyes can get extremely dry and I heard that applying heat helps. I must say, this is a cool gadget! Some people complain about the battery because you can only use it a few times before needing to charge it (I believe I was able to use it 3 or 4 times before needing to charge it). Bit considering how much work this does, it's surprising it doesn't need to be charged more than it does. Just charging it every few times after using it is not a huge deal. This has a feature to connect it to your phone so you can listen to music while it does it's thing, which is a neat feature. You can listen to something that helps you relax while your eyes and temples get massaged. It has a remote too, so that's helpful while you're using it, then you don't have to worry about touching the wrong button on the headset. You can conveniently hit a button on the remote to control whatever you'd like to change. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised how well this worked. I used it when I had a migraine and this definitely helped make it go away. So happy I purchased this, worth every penny to me!

15 minuti dedicati a se stessi. il massaggio è gradevole il calore è piacevolissimo. ho acquistato il modello con telecomando, che però se non lo studi a menadito prima, con gli occhi tappati non ricordi come usarlo. il tasto sulla maschera touch non sempre risponde benissimo, certe volte è troppo sensibile, altre non risponde, certe volte parte da solo quando sto riponendo la maschera nella sua custodia, altre se lo sfioro per sbaglio sistemando meglio la maschera sugli occhi cambiando modalità di massaggio. nell'insieme è comunque un valido prodotto sia da regalare che da regalarsi

I have headaches everyday literally and i find this is helpful. It is a bit noisy and the music is repetitive however I find it so relaxing that i zone out while using it so i don’t even notice it after a couple minutes. I just use the first setting heat and pressure because i found the vibration mode a little weird and only made my head hurt more. I use it twice a day and i find it helps me a lot. I also had an issue with battery life but the customer service was so great i got it sorted easily.

Very pleased by the overall quality of the eye massager. It is so easy to use and convenient I have been carrying this in my bag and bring it to work. It surely does its job perfectly. I spend a lot of my time looking at the monitor screen which fatigues my eyes, but this definitely helps relieve those stress and it just feels amazing. The only downside I have faced so far is the charging port selection. I think it would've been a lot more convenient if it used USB-C... but this is negligible because it does its job well. If you are looking for something that can help relieve your eye stress, definitely go for this one.
