Kickstand fell off but company made it right
Bought this case for my Note 10 Plus in October 2025. I love the actual case and did enjoy the use of the kickstand which worked great. Today I noticed the kickstand was missing completely and I have no clue where it fell off in the last day or two. Very disappointed it didn't last more than two months. UPDATE: I gave the product 2 stars but changed it to 5 stars on an edit later on the same day because I emailed the company on a Saturday afternoon and they responded almost immediately saying they would replace it free under their warranty asap. They were very kind and understanding in their response. Just doing that in today's world deserves a 5 star. Thank you Dexnor!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Case!
This is my husband's 2nd time purchasing one of these cell phone cases. Each time he has to get a new phone we will ALWAYS have one of these cases. He drops his phone LITERALLY 10 times a day (Farmer) and this GEM has protected it amazingly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Decent Case
The kickstand is a nice feature. I like that there are options for different colors. The material of the case feels durable. The case does not feel bulky in my pocket. The price seems reasonable. The installation was easy. I'm not impress with the circle shape space for fingerprint reading because it's an eye sore and somewhat difficult detecting my fingerprint.

This case has held up, it arrived well packaged and in new condition. This case is being used for a phone that my 10 year old takes to his scouting adventures and out door camping. He has dropped the phone and the case has held up well. He is also an avid Ed phone gamer and has had no issues with the screen protector and or thumb circle. I think this case worked great for the price and looks nice. I am also able to fit it in my pockets easily it's not toonbulcky for the type of case it is which is important since womans pants pockets aren't built to be useful. I recommend this case

I have purchased for my phones over the years.
I have purchased this brand for 4 of my last Samsung phones over past years for me and my wife I am very pleased.When I had a problem with my s25 plus,company sent prompt replacement that worked. Just purchased two cases for my Samsung ultra phones.My only small complaint is a better more stable kick stand for the ultra,phone can occasionally fall over if not on perfectly flat surface still I am pleased with this brand and continue to purchase for all my Samsung phones.

Color not as described and was a return item
I must have received a previously purchased and returned item. The box was ripped and taped back together. Instructions state to tear off the protective film of the front cover. Well there was no protective film as it had already been removed . The clear front protective cover had smears and streaks on it. The actual color of the cover is dull and bland. The pictures do not reflect the true look. In the pictures it looked more metallic and glittery. This cover has none of that. Very disappointed in the overall look. As I just received it I can not speak yet on how well it protects the phone. It was easy to install it. I would not purchase this exact case again simple because it does not have the look I was going for. I am unable to use my fingerprint with the front cover dot. It does not recognize it. I use this feature all the time so that will not work for me. Not sure I would buy from this seller again if they felt it was good business to send out something already used. I purchased brand new and that is what I expected to receive. Not worth my time nor energy to return it.

Das Cover für mein Note10 plus ist das Beste, das ich bisher hatte. Es vergrößert zwar das Volumen, kann aber Stöße gut abfedern und schützt das Display. Es läßt sich gut öffnen und und ist daher bestens händelbar. Bin sehr zufrieden!
