Safe for baby toys

This stuff is rated (in UK - not sure the U.S. has an equivalent standard) to be safe for baby toys. Meaning my grandkid can suck on the side of his rocking horse without getting sick or toxic chemicals in his body. And the rocking horse looks really good. I'm very happy with it!
