Taste is totally worth it!
I’ve used this brand for 4 months and then stopped for one month. I restarted it and noticed right off that I felt more clear headed, energetic, less sluggish and I’m sleepy a bit more deeply. I like how it kicks in right away unlike how it feels when taking a capsule or a tablet.

The drops are good.
I have a subscription for Mary Ruth L-Theanine drops but these are a good replacement. I’ve seen an increase in energy. Super easy to measure and use. Taste might not be the best but easy to mix into a beverage if needed. I feel the effects. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives. I would recommend these drops.
