I feel the ratings aren't doing justice to this... I've been using this model for three years now, with no operational troubles. Basic care I was told to do was to not let too much water under the appliance and to fill enough salt. Plus clean the sieve inside regularly, and use a descaling powder once in a while.Now coming to the operation... Was sceptical about it initially. But it does wonders, even with Indian cooking. It's the more water efficient for cleaning oily dishes and effectively cleaning glassware. You would encounter disappointments in cleaning batches of vessels earlier on, but you'll discover it's more to do with placement of vessels - which you'll learn over time. Do take care to ensure the inlet water jet and the rotating water jet part inside isn't blocked. Only difficult stains encountered thus far are vessels in which milk has been boiled - even in these cases, a light scrub post wash will be enough.You have cycles which are 1.30 hrs, 2.30 hrs and 3.30 hrs long, as well as a quick 30 min cycle. It's meant to contain dish sets for three people (the continental definition of dish set) For washing, you have options for using the all in one capsule (which may turn out to be more expensive) - I use the trio of dishwash powder, salt and rinse aid - in this case you can reduce the amount of powder for smaller loads. Salt and rinse aid need not be loaded everytime.Please take note to not put aluminium vessels or wood utensils (and if you are putting in rubber/plastics, use the lower temperature modes)

This information is not written anywhere. This machine work best in softwater, in the areas of hardwater where tds is more than 500. Utensils come with white layer and cannot be used without scrubbing again. Inspired of using best salt available.Used it with water softener and finish all in one tablet and separate finish salt too...so now working fine even in hardwater conditions. So increasing stars.

Excellent product. A great help in the kitchen. All utencils are cleaned and shiny. Alittle bit of scrubing is required if the utesil has burnt marks. For glass it just sparkels. Good product

Worst product.. This stopped working and the company person came to see saying there is issue with water inlet valve.Later we called and mailed voltas multiple times they dint even provide any service. Speakinh do wtever u want.No service or no correspondence will be providedToday it is useless to us.

Product appears to be good but getting an installation/demo prooved to be really painful.
