I usually add a teaspoon when making caramel sauce or burnt sugar, and it keeps everything smooth with zero crystallization. It also works beautifully in mousse cakes. A real premium-quality syrup, and I’ll definitely be buying it again soon. Great value for money too, considering how little you need to use for perfect results and how long it stays fresh. (Btw I still have some left just because I moved to Italy for a year-long project, so it’s been sitting in my pantry waiting for my return to baking.) Not good for bubble teas
This was my bad honestly. I thought I bought fructose and then I noticed after days that's says glucose. Might be good for other stuff but is very very thick. Not usable for drinks.
