what is the taste of the tastefully nude variety?

I just tried the Tastefully Nude for the first time. It's sweet and slightly vanilla-ish, but otherwise doesn't have a lot of flavor (which is the point). Very little aftertaste and doesn't leave your mouth feeling coated in a film.

Are those gluten free?

It does not say on the box. I would recommend to contact the GU company directly.

Any tennis players use this product? Have tried another brand (coffee & chocolate) and gets me all jittery which is not good for a tennis match

If the jittery feeling you experienced was from caffeine, you can rest assured that this flavor (Strawberry Banana) is caffeine free. If you have any other questions or would like to speak to a GU customer service rep please call 800-400-1995 and we will be happy to discuss flavors and ingredients with you.
