I've reviewed a lot of probiotic supplements but this one is the highest by far in CFU. 25.5 billion is a fantastic amount. Today's typical American diet is very nutritionally depleted and rarely offers anything good for gut health. If you are having digestive issues then I suggest trying a powerful probiotic to restore some of your gut's natural flora. I used to have absolutely awful gut problems until I discovered milk kefir which contains a vast of amount and array of natural probiotics. I recovered so well just on milk kefir that I now make it home myself. But, if you don't want to make it or buy it at the store, I think taking this particular probiotic should help with some gut problems.

Pill color not right. And this item cannot return after you purchase. It’s better you buy it on there website. Left one i brought from website. The pill color a little bit yellow. And right one pill color is white. I won’t take it when I pregnant.

These are safe and beneficial for both mom and baby. Gut health is often overlooked, except for nausea support supplements. This is needed during pregnancy, for so many reasons, but I know when I am pregnant, I tend to get more yeast infections. I love that these are small and just one a day, and the price point is good too. Highly recommended.

These pills aren’t too bad. They’re not huge so they can easily be swallowed. I have a lot of morning sickness so it’s really hard to take anything right now. These don’t tastes bad either. Don’t have a weird taste or anything.
