Really good for what I needed.
Peradix Hand Grip Strength Trainer, Stress Relief Ball for Adults and Kids, Wrist Rehab Therapy Hand Grip Equipment Ball Squishy Tools - Set of 3 Finger Resistance Exercise Squeezer. I have used stress balls in the past but have never used kinds like these. I was pleasantly surprised how much I ended up liking them and the fact they provide different strengths and also provide pictures of different ways to use them. I have carpel tunnel in my left hand only and it bothers my knuckles making them painful. These have literally helped with wrist strength and with pain easement. Try these for yourself; I recommend.

For My Mother In Law
Mother in law has been losing her grip since I have entered her life, and marrying her daughter. I understand that people go through these things because they have life happen to them, and she spent decades as a typist, before she ever met me. She had surgery done to alleviate Carpal Tunnel, but to no avail. So I bought her these so she could practice throttling me whenever the topic of politics comes up. I love my mother in law. She is an amazing woman and I’d like her to have an awesome quality of life to where if she needed to throw hands, that she wouldn’t be just throwing flippers. All kidding aside, when you get older and your hand strength deteriorates due to vocation, it’s a betrayal and if you can keep what strength you have, and build up some more, your quality of life becomes much better. Not having the ability to get dressed on your own, or wearing only clothes that don’t require buttons, can be soul crushing. My mother in law has given me an amazing gift of her daughter. I’d like her to be able to have hand strength that befits how amazing she is.

Got these for rehab
Recently had shoulder surgery and needed to do grip exercises so I got these. The little eggs things are quite a bit firmer than I expected, so it took a while to use them comfortably with my injured arm. There was no smell to them despite being a rubbery textured ball which was nice. That said, I feel like I’m going to pop them with my good hand — I haven’t and I don’t see any damage to the eggs, but the build quality is weird. All that said, it will definitely build hand strength and for the price, it isn’t a bad deal.

Grip Strength Ball
These work great but it is more for grip strengh vs stress relief. Stress relief seems like it should be squishier but these balls are pretty firm and don't really squish. It was good for rehab but I would buy a different type of ball if I wanted stress relief/fidget ball.

Wanted them for arthritic hands - too hard.
Wanted them for arthritic hands. None of these are soft enough for weak hands and fingers. Like the shape and size. But not for someone just trying to maintain some functionality of arthritic hands. Your hands are never going to get better. Just trying to keep them from getting worse.

Genius ergonomic design and super comfy grip — ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This set of three hand grip strength trainer squeeze balls is absolutely brilliant! The egg-shaped design is pure ergonomic genius and fits perfectly in the palm thereby making it comfortable and natural to grip. Each ball is made from translucent silicone gel with a satisfying texture that provides a secure, non-slip hold without attracting fuzz or dust. The set includes three resistance levels — soft, medium, and hard. Also included is a small durable storage bag with a ziplock-style closure. Highly recommend!

Increase hand strength/grip
These are perfect. I’m losing strength in my grip so trying these. They do not emit an odor. Good value for money. Great to use when watching tv. Love the colors.

Tight squeeze
A little stiffer than expected . But still affective . Was looking for squishy balls.

Gute Handtrainer
Schnelle Lieferung, vielen Dank. Artikel wie beschrieben, auch der erste Umgang damit. Die Dauerbelastung wird sich ja erst noch zeigen.

Not soft enough
The softest ball is not soft enough for someone who has just had a cast removed for a fractured wrist. It says it’s for children and elderly. If you’ve fractured your wrist and you’re somewhere around my age (68-year old woman) and you now are cast free, go to a dollar store and buy squishy balls in the children’s department. Then sometime down the road you may be able to start using the softest ball in this set.

Worth buying
These arrived yesterday and are already in use. Have pain in thumbs sometimes and I think these will help me. Well worth the cost.
