This is a really upscale toilet seat, totally noticeable from the first time I sat on it. Really solid and comfortable with a glossy dark green paint job (think really dark, like green that's almost black). The zinc hinges are a nice touch. Installation was easy. I'll be buying one for my other bathroom, for sure.

BEAUTIFUL!!! Made very well, not cheap looking and the colors are true to match. What a wonderful feeling of a clean pretty toilet seat. It doesn't wobble. The material. Is solid is A+ grade. It's not a soft close so let it down easy. I am so happy I purchased this and it is very worth the money

I never thought I'd become excited over a toilet seat but MAN this thing is awesome! I love the pink color, it's so cute. The seat itself is super sturdy/heavy-duty. It's really great and the quality exceeds the OG seat I had on my toilet, and my expectations!

I bought a red one & as black one for my 2 different color scheme bathroom. They were easy to put on, feels solid and not flimsy, the colors are vibrant, and fits exactly to the toilet and does not slip or wiggle. It functions like a quality seat. I don't know how long the shine lasts, how cleaning chemicals will affect the color, nor what to use to clean off smudges. I was able to wipe off my hand print with just a paper towl. So for the price and quality it is a good purchase for me even with the unknowns.

the studs supplied had burrs that would have ruined the threads if I have forced it and the thread on the pivot needed to be tapped before the studs would screw smoothly. I have used these several times for pin stripping. The finish is good and stable under a clear coat finish and I'll continue to use them and just be careful with the studs

Well, I wasn't expecting much. Most toilet seats I've purchased from Home & Hardware Centers are just cheap junk. But I have to say, this one really surprised me. My wife said it's the best toilet seat she's ever had. I have to agree. A great find. Really well made - solid; strong; beautiful, durable finish.

I live in a NY 100-year-old apartment building with original subway black and white tiles. I decided to decorate with accents of red and tried to find the best color red in a quality seat. The seat had to be wood, chrome, or metal hinges for durability, and most importantly the customer’s reviews. Amazon delivered this toilet seat at lightning speed. Thank you, Amazon. This seat has a shiny finish that’s eye-popping and beautiful. The shade of red matched the carpet I purchased from Amazon and the Coney Island shower curtain made the theme fun. Why not? It took about 10 minutes to install without any tools. The seat sits flush with the toilet and is secure. This seat is NOT a slow-closing seat, meaning if you have children they will not close the top with the thought that it will slam shut. For hygienic reasons, I always keep the top closed, plus I have cats who think the toilet is their swimming pool. People don’t understand why toilet seats have covers. It "reflects the airflow that occurs during toilet flushing, i.e., largely around the top and bottom of the toilet seat." That same airflow is likely a factor in spreading the contamination to restroom floors and walls. Keeping the lid closed is not the complete answer, constant disinfecting along with keeping the lid closed is one step to contain cross-contamination. Why not begin with a beautiful high-quality toilet seat? This toilet seat is a five-star keeper.

Love it. The color is bright, with a nice glossy sheen. The material is hard and smooth and doesn't seem like it'll scratch or wear down easily. It's also VERY sturdy - the lid doesn't bend or shift at all when you sit on it, unlike most toilet seats. I just bought it for the color, but it's way better quality than the plain white seat I have on my other toilet. It was easy to attach to my round toilet, no adjustments needed

Lovely quality - totally solid, heavy, sturdy, and installed with metal hinges and metal bolts. It took minutes to install, and the only hard part was figuring out which way to screw the bolts in. If it doesn't work in one direction, screw it in from the other end instead. :) Please note it is NOT a slow-close toilet! Because of how heavy it is, if you just let it drop, there's going to be a massive bang, and I wouldn't be surprised if someose managed to break something that way. The little pads under the lid are only there for spacing, not to absorb noise or shock. So please make sure you lower it on your own! If you have a guest or kids, either warn them or stick some softer pads on there (like ones you'd use under furniture legs).

The toilet seat was the best quality I have ever seen, most are plastic and this is sturdy and nice hardware. The toilet looks like a whole new piece and adds to my black/white modern decor

Excelente calidad, el color es uniforme, se perciben buenos materiales, sin duda lo volvería a adquirir para otros baños.

Pity the advertised measurements didn't include fittings spaces. I had to remove fittings, drill new holes, to match the holes in my porcelain toilet, and in doing so it got scratched, several times.
