Fit perfectly - Installed easily
I just installed these about a week ago and they fit perfectly. The hood of a friends 2001 F150 now lifts easily and stays open while performing maintenance. They installed quite easily even though there were no instructions included in the box. They appear well made, but time will tell. The price was fair and they met my needs.

Excellent
2003 F150 - Excellent fit, extremely strong (pushes the hood up fully on its own once you lift it 6" or so), but not so strong you can't pull it down easily even from the side. My truck is 6" lifted on 35's, and it's difficult to reach the top of the hood from the front. I can easily pull it down from the side.

A royal pain to install
Ok most strut installations are fairly simple but with these struts the hole in the plastic is smaller than the ball they go over. Have a hamer ready for installing these.
