Liquid Chalk for Rock Climbing, Weight Lifting, Gymnastics - Liquid Grip

This product is amazing! I started using their liquid chalk when I purchased their chalk bag (which is also great), which was included. Reasons why I love this chalk? 1. Little goes a vvveeerrryyy long way: I use anywhere between a penny-nickel size and I get amazing coverage on my hands 2. Drying time is QUICK: literally takes like 30 seconds to dry, so there’s no waving your hands around like crazy to speed the process up. 3. Can act as a great base layer to normal chalk: I will start my climbing sessions with a layer of the liquid chalk, send some routes, still have some on my hands but maybe not the amount I would like, top my hands off with their chalk bag, and I’m good to keep going before having to completely reapply! 4. Washes off so easy: after my workout is done, I just do a basic soap and water hand washing and the stuff is gone! It doesn’t cling onto your skin, forcing you to scrub your hands like crazy. Don’t get this confused with coming off during your exercise though, with that, it sticks around for a while! 5. No mess: I personally like using both normal chalk and liquid. But if you’re looking to go completely away from normal chalk to liquid, this stuff works perfectly by itself. The no chalk clouds and having loose chalk everywhere when applying is definitely a game changer. I have zero regrets with buying from this company, their products are great.

Liquid chalk works great! I replaced my dry chalk blocks with this after my girlfriend expressed how much she dislikes the mess normal chalk makes on our black gym floor. I have to say, this chalk is way better. Not only does it not make a mess, but it’s easier to use and dries super quick. Seconds after applying I am ready to lift. No more breathing in chalk dust! Doesn’t take more than a few drops either… A little dab will do!

Decent

I do a lot of deadlifting and although my gym has chalk, i prefer less mess and this fits the bill nicely, goes on easily, gives you a good grip, and washes off easily after use.

A little goes a long way. Once applied, it feels very similar to regular chalk but painted on—excellent grip and no mess while training. It dries fast and stays put even when sweating. One thing to note: it’s hard to remove. Soap and water alone didn’t cut it for me. I had to wash my hands multiple times and ended up using dish soap to fully get it off. Not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of. Despite what the bottle says, it doesn’t really smell like orange—more like regular chalk, which is totally fine. Overall, great performance and solid grip. I’d buy it again.

I love how functional this is, you can toss it in your gym bag and be ready to go. It’s very easy to overdo it so start with a little amount first. Helped with my grip like crazy and doesn’t coat your hand super thick. Just like regular chalk. I also like how it has a fresh orange scent. Easy 9/10

It's the second time I purchased this chalk. The first one - the lid broke while using it and I had to tape it. The second arrived with broken lid and the liquid spilled in the package. The chalk itself works great, but the packaging is terrible and makes it unusable. It works better than the one I replaced it after my first bottle broke, hence - I tried to order it again. It lasts long and doesn't need multiple reapplications during my workouts. The one I replaced it - I'd need to reapply several times. Update: seller has been great with communication, they apologized and sent a new bottle, which arrives intact. They also promised they would look into their manufacturing process and hopefully update the packaging. Thank you very much ! I'd strongly recommend this chalk over some of the other ones sold on Amazon, just because it does sticks better and lasts through my workouts.

Really clean compared to regular chalk. No powdered clothes and the wall stays clean. Shame they don't have the rosin free version anymore

Too powdery and dry, can’t hold on to my pole grip.

My climbing gym only allows liquid chalk and out of handful of brands I've tried, this one is the best. Survivor makes good products.

Dries fast, smells good. Makes less of a mess than transitional block chalk.

I've used powder based chalk in the past and know that it can leave a mess everywhere. I bought the small size of this liquid chalk and will definitely buy the biggest when I finally run out. You only need a dime sized amount. The liquid dries so quickly and leaves minimal chalk on my equipment. Washes off easily. Definitely recommend.

I purchased this chalk at a substitute for traditional chalk. The only reason for 4 out 5 stars is because the seal on the bottle was broken when I got it and there are many other 1 star reviews about the seal or lid being broken. I feel like they should take this feedback and do better. First impressions are everything. Despite the above, the product works great. The first two pictures are with a drop the size of a nickel on my hand. I rubbed them together and it had good spread. The second set of hand pictures is after some heavy sweating and doing heavy squats (5 sets of 8 reps). I then completed another 35 minutes of working out. At the end of my workout, the chalk was completely gone (visually) from my hands but the stickiness was still there which is awesome. Even getting sweat on my hands didn’t take away the tackiness of the chalk. This product is fantastic and the smell is subtle and not overpowering. A note related to liquid chalk. You should know that once the chalk dries, this will still transfer to other stuff like weights and bars but that is normal. It can still make small messes but way less than traditional chalk bags or blocks.
