Didn't work for my stain
It did not remove the stain on our surface. Didn't harm the surface but it was not effective on what we purchased it for. Sadly...still have not found something for it.

Really wished this worked but it didn’t
I ordered this to remove a coffee stain on my wool rug. I even called the company to confirm I could use it on wool. After following the directions, I was really disappointed it did not work at all. The stain didn’t fade or go away one bit. Fortunately, this product didn’t bleach the rug, but the stain is still there. ALSO, the smell is horrible. We couldn’t be in the same room as the rug while this product dries it smelled so bad. Like a really caustic chemical smell. I was worried about my pets being near it.

Works on Coffee Stains - Easy to Use
Having tried two or three other carpet cleaners on spots where I spilled coffee, I was resigned to having to live with stains on my carpet. I found this product and gave it a try. It was easy to use. Squeeze some liquid on the stain, rub it with a clean cloth, and VOILA, the stain is gone. Can say how happy I am with the results. No bad effects on carpet, carpet color, etc. Good product. Thanks!

Knowing how to attact stains
I've used this tannin stain remover before and it works well. One thing I think unhappy customers don't realize is that you have to treat a tannin stain before you try anything else on the stain. If you don't treat a stain as a tannin stain first you can set the stain and it can never be removed. If you don't know what the stain is treat it as a tannin stain first. If you use a high ph cleaner and don't neutralize the acid after the stain can wick after and come back.

Loose Cap!!!!
Product arrived in a plastic bag and the cap was very loose so I had a mess! I was able to use what little was left So frustrating!!!!!

Sorta worked
This product lightener the coffee stains on my carpet. I wished it would have removed them completely. Unfortunately, the stains were old and set in.
