I’m very happy with this fan. We’re still renovating so it has not been used on a regular basis, but it is very quiet and I’m thinking of replacing my other fans because the noise level in comparison is significantly louder.

Fan is really quite. My bathroom is only 60 sq feet. With door closed, fan on, there is litttle to no condensation on mirror after shower. Love it!!!!

If you have a small bathroom and you need to install a ceiling exhaust fan and you want it quiet, this is the one to purchase.

This exhaust fan is super quite. Seems to pull only a fraction of the CFM my older noisy fan provided. Have no way to measure performance against advertised CFM. For as quite and low(er) CFM this one is, I wish I had gone a tiny bit more powerful/louder. Overall, the product seems great.
