【12" Monitor+3TB HDD】Hiseeu 5MP Wireless PTZ Security Camera System

This Security system is top notch stuff. So much so in fact that I have recommended it to 3 other business owners who were considering a far more expensive setup at similar premises nearby. They are also over the moon with their systems. I installed this system myself at our storage yard 4 miles from our house and although the base monitor will require a permanent power supply to itself (which a neighbouring business kindly supplied and stores) I managed to make the system semi standalone by using a wireless 4g router (EE) to provide the WiFi network to the cameras, and base monitor. This is also hard wired to that neighbours supply but in essence could be trickle charged from a 5v solar panel in my opinion. Installing the app on my smartphone allows me and employees to keep an eye on whats happening at the yard wgen we arent there. The app itself is very easy to install and use, and will send notifications when events are recorded. I am not using the cloud storage option, but store recorded data/events to the built in hard drive on the base monitor SD instead which automatically overwrites after it reaches its storage limit. This is good enough for me and my needs, and most people I would say as cloud storage will add up over time. For the price of the system, the quality of the build, and the ease of use for a novice like me this system is fantastic value for money, and the customer support when I needed advice was excellent and prompt. Considering these cameras are sutuated about 40 metres from the WiFi router and the base station and only powered themselves by solar panels, its an amazing bit of kit. Full colour night vision is brilliantly clear too.

I read lots of negative reviews on this product, which made me hesitant to purchase this model, but I decided to take a chance withbits 2Tb of memory. Only to immediately regret it when I received an item which appeared to have been a returned item (Amazon issue). That said, I was able to get a refund and replacement, and the seller extended the reduced price offer that lapsed whilst I waited for my refund. To be honest, I can't fault the system at all especially for the price. In fact it had exceeded my expectations. I have had no problems with it whatsoever or my WiFi (Virgin). The system is basically 'plug and go'. Straight from the box I plugged in the base unit (screen) and placed the cameras in different rooms to test it. They were all recognised and came online instantly ... I had nothing to do! I fixed the cameras in their permanent positions and they all came back online. The picture quality is good and the tracking spot on. As with all CCTV systems the length of cable on the camera is short and the 3 fixed connections are not waterproof. This was resolved by placing everything in a standard junction box. Pros - 2Tb memory and constant recording ***with no external fees to pay*** The motion tracking is excellent and the app was installed in minutes. So I can view my cameras anytime whilst away from home. Cons - I had to wait 10 days for a refund (Amazon issue). The user guide is far too large and most of the content is not needed. If I had to be picky, the camera needs to be able to zoom out more (wider screen) from its set-up position. Whilst it captures what I need, it would be nice to capture a wider image. Overall a very good system for a very good price. Other options were coning in £200-£300 more with less memory and/or fewer features. I know others have had issues with the item but so far I cannot fault this system.

I brought this product nearly 12 months ago. It is very easy to install. Good quality pictures. On 17.7.26 I had a problem with one of the camers not turning and contacted the company and explained what was happening. They were very quick to respond and solve the problem with a new camera being sent out to arrive around the 25th. Would highly recommend.

I'm very happy with my system, everything was as described and I got it up and running very quickly, the 4 cameras were pre-configured and already linked to the 10" screen which is also the NVR. Next I scanned the 2D barcode and easily setup the Eseecloud App and I could see the cameras on my phone then. I had one issue of my own making because I mounted a camera on a garage that is pretty far from the house so the signal for that one was a little weak, I contacted the email help address and Liana quickly responded, advising me to get a Hiseeu repeater / range extender which was cheap. I plugged that in and the faraway camera signal was strong then, so the support was quick and very knowledgeable. I'm going to get some more camaras as the system can take up to 10 in total. All in all I'm happy with the system, it's great value, the cameras and features are good, phone app works well and the after sales support is great.

Purchased NEW Hiseeu CCTV Camera system in Sept 2024 - cameras are reasonable quality but am very disappointed to report that the 1TB HDD supplied in the system only lasted 13 months and has been problematical for last 6 months - the 1TB HDD kept resetting / reformatting every few days and finally died just 2 months out of warranty! HISEEU Support emailed info to remove and test HDD ( it was for the wrong system / size of drive) but more concerning was that upon removal I found the drive manufacture date was 2016 with a secondary sticker also present retesting the drive in 2018 - it therefore appears that the HDD was either really old stock or most likely a refurb!! The support email also provided a link (which did not work) for a replacement drive (wrong size) so I’ve now had to order a replacement drive from Amazon to get the system working again. Needless to say I did not expect to have to repair the system so soon and I’m not happy at all with the situation or quality of product or service at all - I therefore cannot recommend!!

Installation was relatively easy, but keep in mind the cameras still need power, so they’re not fully wire-free. The PTZ auto tracking and human detection generally work well, though tracking can be a bit slow at times. I like the app alerts and the built-in alarm and light features for extra security. Overall, it’s a good system with lots of features and decent performance, just with a few small limitations.

Bought this system for my house, it arrived very quickly, cameras are quite neat and unobtrusive, very easy to set up with the NVR tablet also supplied with the kit. Had a slight problem with one of the cameras, so contacted customer support they responded within 12 hours and problem resolved within 24 hours, customer service is excellent. Really good value for money, images are very clear with PTZ cameras very responsive also audio on cameras very good too, would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for security that offers a great substitute for your well known video cameras without the necessity for subscription, although cloud storage subscription is available if required at a very reasonable cost

This Hiseeu CCTV system works well. The construction is good and durable. The screen is compact and displays clear images. The camera quality is good and clear. They camera's have colour night vision when motion is detected. The PTZ function works as designed. I used via the app and via the NVR screen and encounters no problems. I have not encountered any issues the HDD recording or playback. The camera's have a light and siren feature which turns on when motion is detected which I like. There is an option in settings if you want this on or off. The CCTV system is plug and play and connected wireless. You only need to connect to a power supply. The NVR CAN connect to the Internet via ethernet cable or wireless. I have tested both connections and encountered no problems. The cameras also have two way audio which I have tested and they work fine. Overall this is a good quality CCTV system which works well, has an easy to use app, good clear screen and camera picture and video. The construction is good and out of all options to buy I found this to be the best option for me.

Ho comprato e installato questo sistema di videosorveglianza Wi-Fi composto da due telecamere fisse e due telecamere rotanti a 360°, con un disco fisso da 1 TB che registra 24 ore su 24. E' oltre un anno che è in funzione e non posso che esserne più contento, soprattutto perchè ha tutte le funzionalità di cui si possa aver bisogno. L’installazione è risultata rapida, il sistema offre la doppia fruizione delle immagini sia su televisore collegato alla centralina sia in remoto tramite un’app dedicata. Tra le funzionalità preferite segnalo la possibilità di configurare allarmi sonori, ricevere notifiche dai sensori di movimento e attivare luci di illuminazione al rilevamento: funzioni che aumentano notevolmente il livello di sicurezza. La visione notturna è eccellente e garantisce dettagli chiari anche in condizioni di scarsa illuminazione. Considerando il rapporto qualità-prezzo, il prodotto è prefetto. Inoltre il produttore mi ha fornito un’assistenza rapida ed efficace per risolvere un piccolo problema post-installazione.Consigliatissimo

J'ai commandé le kit 4cam+ NVR+ une cam supplémentaire. Je ne suis pas une pointure de la tech mais j'ai réussi à tout connecter en cable RJ45 (non fourni). J'ai juste un problème avec ma 5ème caméra et un message d'erreur sur le NVR (Mdp incorrecte) alors que sur l'application de mon téléphone tout fonctionne très bien. Donc je vais contacter le support et voir leur réactivité. J'ai commencé à découvrir l'appli du NVR et je dois dire que c'est très ludique, exporter des extraits vidéos, revisionner des événements etc... La qualité des images est superbes. Il me reste à me familiariser avec la sensibilité de la détection et mon chat. Dans l'ensemble je suis extrêmement satisfait pour un rapport qualité prix au top. Je conseille cet achat.

Après 1 an d’utilisation je suis très satisfaite du produit qui fonction parfaitement. Et le petit plus c’est que j’ai eu besoin de faire appel au SAV qui est extrêmement réactif.

Sistema di sorveglianza domestica semplice da installare e da controllare, sia dallo schermo grande che dalla app. La visuale è nitidissima ed essendo le telecamere facilmente orientabile, si copre una ottima superficie. Una menzione speciale al servizio di assistenza che avevamo contattato per un iniziale difficoltà con gli alimentatori (errore nostro) risolto prontamente . Ne stiamo ancora testando le varie funzionalità e vanno oltre le nostre aspettative, praticamente funge anche da impianto di allarme antiintrusione, perché la funzione di lampeggiamento e il successivo segnale sonoro in caso di intrusione sono ottimi deterrenti.
