HELLA 9006 80W High Wattage Bulb, 12V

They do make a difference, I avoid the obligatory ANNOYING LED " upgrade" I don't wish to blind on,coming traffic, these are brighter, the 100 watt is only for high beams. Recommend over LEDS, give plenty of range.

Idk what the others reviewers are saying about these not being warm/yellow tinted. I didn't feel like taking my photometer out, but you can tell from the pics (the lower foglights below the white headlights; the lenses are clear) that they are not on the cool side. Easy to install--they they fit into the 9006/9005/HB4 housings without issue. Time will tell on longevity and quality; as long as they last HALF long as the OEM lamps I had (20 years!) and don't dim, I'll be happy. So check back here in 2046.

Massive improvement for cars with terrible stock halogen headlights, such as my 2024 third gen kia soul. This $13 solution gives me safe, responsible lights without glaring other drivers with some tacky LED kit.. It does not overload the fuse.. as of 2 months in. When you stand in front of the car, it does not look like high beams are on because those are positioned differently. That may apply to the even higher wattage bulb. This is the only brand i know of that simply makes brighter bulbs in this format.

Good for brighter low-beam output. AND, less white glare to oncoming traffic, as these have a slightly amber, more natural, coloring. Update 11-20-2018: this is a follow-up order, as these don't last that long ( just over a year, heat, plus I run my lights during the day as well). Still a great lamp because of color and output. The lamp themselves are great for what I want. I do have an issue with the shipping method, which is still a major problem. The shipping packaging SUCKS, and whom ever makes the decision to ship GLASS ITEMS via bubble-wrap envelope is a complete idiot. Amazon no longer lists the originating fulfillment center but, because of past experience, it's usually a Kentucky distribution center. The retail packaging was again CRUSHED. To whom this concerns, DO NOT SHIP GLASS ITEMS VIA BUBBLE-WRAP ENVELOPE. THAT, is the most stupid decision that could be made.

Work as good as OEM and decent price. Well made / good fit

Good quality bulb that fits as it should & gives off the perfect yellow look (especially at night). Have been running them for a couple months now with no issues at all. They give off a very good amount of light as well. Would highly recommend these bulbs! The straight on picture has a normal halogen bulb on the left and the Hella one the right. Edit: 6 months in & I've used these everyday with zero issues. I was so impressed with them I bought a set for my DRL's/ High beams.
