I have stickers I bought at the pet store and they're "okay" for brushing. After doing some research, Chris Christensen brushes were recommended as top rated but they are expensive ($50 for a dog brush . . . Really???) But the size was what I needed for my schnoodle's face. Turns out all dog brushes are NOT created equal. This brush is great for a small dog's face, ears, behind the ears, legs, and when I brush my girl, she stays brushed for several days. With pet store brushes, my dog looks raggedy the next day in spite of 30 minutes of brushing. I started brushing the rest of my dog in spite of the size and it really clears out hair and she's so fluffy and pretty.

This is a fantastic brush for my pomeranian. It's a perfect size for a smaller dog and does a great job preventing tangles and getting dead hair out from her undercoat. It's best used in conjunction with a pin brush. It's on the pricier side, but it's durable and very well made. If you have a smaller double coated breed, I would highly recommend this brush. If you have a larger double coated breed, you might want to get a larger slicker brush.

I have a golden doodle & this is by far the best hair brush I’ve used on her coat. It doesn’t pull out her hair like the other ones I’ve used . I’ve had it for 3 years now and still use it daily. Definitely worth the price

This is a great quality slicker brush with pins that are great for both our Goldens. This brush is excellent whether brushing our Ella, who has a thicker coat, or Kasi with her thinner coat. I like the design; thee head is a perfect size for a larger dog and thee shape of the handle, because it helps me guide the brush while I maneuver these two... although it is a little thinner than I would prefer because I have arthritis and large hands. It has been a great investment in maintaining their coats and is thee best brush we've had for five generations of Goldens. I highly recommend this for others.

Decided to buy this model after the big G model that I had been watching for months keeps rising in price and I just cannot spend $75 for a dog hairbrush. So I went with this bamboo model that was less expensive. The brush does seem to be comfortable to my standard poodle. It has a nice sized head. The only thing I am disappointed with is the grip. The smooth bamboo is a little bit hard to hold and keep in my hand. I have mild arthritis in my hands, and a rubber grip would have been appreciated. My cheaper plastic brush another brand has a rubber organic grip and it is more comfortable. However, this brush seems to be more comfortable for my dog. So I would say I am not blown away by the brush, mainly due to the grip.

The only brush our doggies like. We have two Bernadoodles and this brush is their favorite. A mobile groomer told us about it . It’s well made, and it’s very gentle. But it does the trick .

The best cat brush I have every used. Gentle but really gets out the shedding. Note that it is pretty small.

I bought this brush specifically for my cat, and it works really well. The pins are gentle and smooth, so it removes loose fur and small tangles without pulling or irritating her skin. My cat is usually picky about grooming, but she actually tolerates (and sometimes enjoys) being brushed with this. It feels well-made and much nicer than the cheap slicker brushes I’ve tried before. Great choice for cats with short to medium coats.

I have a miniature Cockapoo, who is at least 75%Poodle…. Her coat is quite challenging as it is much finer than a poodle, but still quite curly, so gets tangles very easily. This brush is fantastic at getting out all the knots without damaging her skin. The bristles are not as long as some other cheaper brushes I have used, but I find this very beneficial for the type of coat she has. Although this brush is the most expensive one I have ever purchased, in my opinion it has been worth every penny and I just wish I had bought it sooner.

Brush is softer than the one i had. My girl seems more comfortable and not like in pain when using this brush. Definitely was a good buy.

He is a small dog (5-6 kg) with long hair and loves to run in the woods so this brush is good for getting all the twigs and such out. He also tangles easy so this gets the hair under his neck easier than the big brushes.
