I have taken one of these daily until the end of the bottle, with my first meal of the day. I am also following the WW program. I have lost more weight in a steady downward pattern since I begun taking these. It is a marked improvement. A big part of my problem with eating was eating enough. I would eat just one large meal and really just pick at it. These seem to speed up my metabolism and make it so my body is hungry. I cannot say that I feel a marked energy improvement with these. I have MS and tiredness is my biggest symptom. Almost nothing makes my energy go up haha. I can say my stomach (where I carry most of my weight) is losing inches. That is truly a blessing. This purchase is a no brainer for me. I think everyone needs to try it and see what works for them. Especially if they have hit a wall in the weight loss process.

Very effective. More effective than a fat burner supplement if you ask me. BUT, it’s not a magic pill,you gotta exercise and diet correctly for it to work.

I didn't see any difference in weight/belly fat but it definitely curbs appetite.

I can see results when I am taking can’t stop , and I am doing any exercise at all , no big appetite but I am very self conscious about my eating habits

this item is good. it's best to lose weight slowly. 2-3 times a week of cardio along-with low calorie diet! PERFECT RESULT!
