Zipper broke
The first backpack zipper came off the track I fixed it twice after that I decided to get a replacement backpack as I was still in the return window. 2nd one holding up way better. Back pack is cool- the 13 y/o loves it. Glad the 2nd one is lasting. Itโs been 2 weeks so TBD but still lasting longer than the 1st.

Accessories kept falling off
I got this for my daughter and she loves it the cow is so cute and the quality is ok. The only bit of a downside is that the pins and keychains kept on falling off, others always had to pick it up for her. Overall this is great would recommend

This bag is perfect for school and the accessories are very cute. I havent tested the water resistance but im guessing its okay. This holds my sketchbook, nintendo switch, chromebook and everything else i need for school. very good fit on shoulders.

Zipper Already broke!
The backpack is very cute, but extremely poor quality! Only had this backpack for a month, and the zipper broke the two sides clip also broke. Will not buy again, do not recommend this product! I gave one star because itโs very cute but extremely poor and bad quality.

Cute? Check. Quality? Unchecked.
I bought this back a while ago, but I was looking for a new one and came across this yet again. This bag is insanely cute, and I love the design. But this didnโt last very long. It tore in a few months, and itโs not sustainable to hold any weight. Any other backpacks I tried would hold the weight perfectly fine. It was definitely bad quality, and is in desperate need of a good fixing.

The backpack fit perfectly it was so cute it came with keychains and pins it was so cute I so recommend it. There is so many colors to pick and the quality is great. You can also customize it your self and be creative Amazingly cute I so! recommend.

Cute bag
My daughter loves this bag. Its cute with all the little extra clip on pieces. I only have issue with the way the straps are secured. She's happy with it so for now I am glad. Wearing it now for 3 weeks, lets see how it stands up to a 5th grader....

Very dissatisfied
I am very disappointed with this, I bought it for my daughter and when it came one of the pins had a swear word on it. The pins are not the same ones shown in the photo. The quality was also disgusting, there was hair and crumbs all over it. Lastly there was a horrible smell. I do NOT recommended buying this especially for your kids.

I used to buy from Smiggles and daughter liked it as it looks good in pictures. When it arrived , it looks like $15 bag from budget store. No value for money. I need to buy another bag for my daughter now.๐
