Good price for a 4 lb bag and the quality is superb. The nutty aroma is mouth watering and makes me want to cook/bake all sorts of things. I also buy chia seeds from this brand and so far I’ve not experienced any issues and am pleased with quality and amount for the price.

I use this to make pumpkin cookies for my dog treat business. Great value for an organic coconut flour. Bakes very well and the dogs love it.

I switched to a grain-free diet many years ago and I enjoy baking, which means I have tried a lot of different brands of coconut flour. Some of them have been acceptable, others were truly awful. Bob's Red Mill has given me the most consistent good results, but as it's been getting more expensive I've been looking around for another option. I saw a flash sale for Viva Naturals Organic Coconut Flour and decided to take a risk on a brand I've never used before. It was definitely worth it. This coconut flour is very finely and uniformly milled, and the small clumps in the bag break apart easily. It's neither dry nor greasy, and it smells and tastes fresh. The coconut flavor is very mild, and when mixed with other ingredients the flavor is essentially undetectable. I always measure flours by weight, and there's been no need to adjust recipes to account for any differences between this flour and my usual brand. This is easily one of the best coconut flours I've used. My only slight complaint is about the packaging, as the bag has a thin ziplock seal that split away from the side of the bag the second time I opened it. However, it isn't a major issue as, knowing it will take me quite a while to use the entire 4lb bag, I was already planning to transfer the flour to a freezer-safe container to keep it as fresh as possible. When I do start running low, I'll definitely be reordering this!

Love everything coconut. On a low carb diet, it is wonderful to use this product simply mixed with milk 1 to 4, add a dash of stevia sweetener (Pyure) and enjoy a rich coconut pudding. Sort of. At the end, the fiber content kinda catches up with you, so have some coffee handy. This morning, used it to make coconut crepes - yoghurt, milk, dash baking powder and eggs. That turned out to be WONDERFUL. With a 4-pound bag like this, it is bound to last a long time. Knocked off one star because of the bag - the lock seal is a joke - so get a nice clip to seal the bag once you open it. One star off is too harsh - but cannot knock half a star off. Will be coming back for more of this once I run out...

As mentioned in another of my reviews, as someone who is allergic to gluten in all forms, I'm having to learn how to bake all over again after several decades of standard baking. So many recipes call for coconut flour (also known as coconut meal), and so rather than buying a small amount each time, it's finally better for me to buy in a large quality like I did with this. it's unbleached and organic which are both plusses in my book! It's fresh and has a lovely flavour - it's not like sawdust - this is premium quality and at a great price point! Therefore I can recommend this company!
