I thought this bike already came assembled?

I found some parts missing from the package, but I have almost finished the installation, what should I do?

When I installed it, I found that I was missing a foot tube screw. I contacted their after-sale mailbox. They soon sent me a spare screw pack. I love my bike now!

My front foot tube won't fit. The holes don't match. It's blocked by the resistance bands buckle.

I have plugged the speed cord in and still get 0, how to fix?

Have you connected the round hole plug on the half of the speed cable to the speed hole on the back of the monitor? 3. When installing the main frame, have you connected the ports at both ends of the speed cable passing through the main frame?
