Perfect and Correct
Have had for a week now, works great, very quiet. For awareness, even though it shows GS1900-24HP on the switch itself, it truly is GS1900-24HPV2, which has both reset and restore buttons on the front vs just reset button (I originally thought I received the wrong product).

Nice Gigabit switch; wish it was 10GigE capable but for the money hard to beat
Has all the expected capabilities for a "smart" switch -- VLAN support and similar -- and POE+. In addition unlike many it has modulated fans so it doesn't scream in your rack, which is a big deal in a house (nobody cares in a data center, but in a home you certainly do!) Had a ZyXel without POE that also was fanless and this is basically the same thing with POE capability, so there you have it.Only gotcha is that the SFP ports are not 10Gig capable. It would be nice to have that for 3 or 4 ports (a 2.5G WiFi AP + file server with a 10Gig port, etc.) and they make a model with that - but its far more money. Improving the switching fabric to support the higher speed isn't cheap so I understand the issue and, until I feel pinched with not having it available, this will do.Being able to plug in POE and POE+ things (like security cameras, WiFi APs and similar) that are POE capable and have them "just work" along with having their power protected by the central UPS is quite nice and while ZyXEL did move around some of the configuration screen data in what I consider a bit of an annoying fashion (specifically the VLAN configuration data) it wasn't hard to figure out what they did and where it went -- all works as expected.

Died in a few months, Warranty SUCKS
As with the other folks, the UI is kinda clunky, the default IP will jack your network if it's the same as your router, and the fans are LOUD, take off spaceship loud.The problem is if you need an RMA, or Warranty Zyxel is TERRIBLE. Just terrible. Good luck getting a replacement, and they'll even charge you to send your dead unit back they say is fine.My switch totally crashed out my who network, but maybe it's just that unit. Get another brand!
