Are the amount of potatoes and carrots on the suggestion accurate? How could that amount of vegetables be enough for 5 servings?

I usually add a small bag of baby carrots, and depending on the size of the potatoes(5 Ounces is not enough), I usually add 3-5 potatoes. My husband likes more potatoes and only a few carrots. I like more carrots. It works for just the 2 of us with enough leftovers for his lunch the next day. This is a wonderful tasting curry. We prefer the hot. Also, something to keep in mind, when this cools down, the color will change and it's a sort of green. It is still just as tasty, but if you aren't expecting the color to change the next day, it is normal, or it is for my family. Enjoy this. It is really good.

its Hot. depending how much you put in your recipe . I start with a mild curry mixture , or medium than add this to it . To me , Too hot is not palatable . I like ( whether it be shrimp or chicken ) my curry Spicy & Hot.
