does this have the push button

No, this does not have a separate push on/off button. The smaller gauge 12V trigger wire hot lead with an inline on/off switch (or button) is attached to one of the smaller silver terminals, a ground wire is attached to the other silver terminal, the heavy gauge 12V hot lead is attached to one of the larger copper terminals, and the heavy gauge wire leading to the starter is attached to the other heavy copper terminal.

Standard size on any starter solenoid should be the same size of the one you're taking off

Will this replace a 307-2570?

I don’t see why it wouldn’t. The mounting bracket and terminals look the same. I installed it on a 1983 Ford F-150. Works great!

Does this replace the solenoid for the Lincoln portable welder "Weldanpower"? this welder uses a wired ground, not a grounded base. thank you!

I couldn't say for your case ?? There is a ground post on this unit though, if that helps. I used this for aviation purposes
