Great replacement for fresh lemongrass
I have a whole bunch of Vietnamese recipes that called for fresh lemongrass, but this was a great (and realistic) substitute.

Quick fix when you don't have the fresh stuff
It's a lot more expensive than the fresh one and doesn't have as strong of a flavor but it's handy when I don't feel like running to the grocery. I use it to marinate fish, add it to tomyum hotpot, etc. Lemon grass is a magic ingredient that can turn any dish from a 5 to a 10 😆

East, convenient, and versatile.
I really like the Lemongrass in this ground format. It is versatile for many dishes and gives it that extra enhanced flavor. I like, that I do not have to shop several, stores to fund the fresh Lemongrass. This gets a permanent spot in my spice cupboard.
