Hello. Is the pump action good and easy to press? I have pain in my hands and need something that is not hard to press

No pump on this size format. You push one side of the top and liquid comes out. For the push top one, you need to buy the 500ML one as this is the 250ml one. It won t allow me to upload a picture. Anyway I have used Pears since Covid and I love any fragrance/colour.

can it be used for washing hair in shower ?

Yes, I use it after swimming to get the chlorine out and it does a good job
