What size would fit a 4 year old who is 30lb and 40" tall?

I ordered 3t for my 30 pound 36" tall daughter and it fit her perfectly. It is actually a really nice dress. I got it for her birthday in December, but she wears it often. She was wearing it last night and I just throw it in with all the rest of her clothes. Anyhow, I think you should go to the 4 or even the 5...
