Value for money
Checked on arrival and all seven ports working fine, controlled by their individual on-off switches. Product packing was very good (nice box, items inside in individual bags). Bought the option without separate power adapter as I intend to use my own which has a very long wire. At the price offered I consider this to be very good value for money.

Keeps disconnecting every 2 minutes
At first I thought this USB hub would be good...But very quickly, at the first use, I realized it disconnects as soon as I don't open the folders of the hard drives that are plugged on it for 2 to 5 minutes. Therefore, if I'm working on a video for example, with files being imported from a hard drive pugged to the hub, the files will be lost (for the video software) and I won't be able to keep editing. It is so annoying!!! Same if you don't touch anything and you're on your laptop doing whatever (like browing the internet), you'll have random disconnections and reconnections, which will automatically open the folders of your hard drives while you're doing something else. That's also very annoying and distracting for nothing ! Not to mention it can damage the hard drives, and that would be a shame cause they're brand new! I'm disappointed by this product, will not buy again and if you want to be able to work properly on your laptop, don't buy it!
