This insulin travel case has been an excellent purchase and made traveling so much easier. I’ve taken it through TSA multiple times with no issues at all, which was one of my biggest concerns, and everything went smoothly each time. It’s discreet, organized, and clearly designed with travel in mind. The cooling performance is impressive—the ice pack stays frozen for a long time and keeps the insulin properly chilled throughout the entire day, even during longer travel days. I didn’t have to constantly worry about temperature, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The case itself feels very durable and well-constructed. The exterior is sturdy enough to protect the contents, and the inside is thoughtfully laid out so everything stays secure and in place. It’s also compact enough to carry easily in a bag without taking up too much space. Overall, it’s reliable, convenient, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Between the durability, long-lasting cooling, and hassle-free TSA experience, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a dependable travel solution for insulin.

I love this. As a type 1 that travels a lot this is a must have for insulin. After 4 days the ice pack is still a little frozen. You can fit up to 3 vials of insulin. While refreezing the ice pack the container itself will stay cool for up to 13 hours (maybe longer but that’s how long I tested it). Great size for a backpack or medium/large purse. Durable enough that if it gets bumped around it will be safe.

The container and accessories are perfect for air travel and hot locations. We used this for our recent trip to the Caribbean and it was a godsend. We could travel around with medication in pens for the whole day and it stayed cold. The built-in temperature probe gave us confidence that our precious cargo inside was safe and sound. The temperature inside did not rise after a whole day outside with temperatures over 90 F. The travel bag is nice to protect the canister. The only concern is that tapping the top to turn on the display was finicky. There should be a label on the top for where to tap.

I highly recommend this product. I use 2 compounded eye drops that absolutely require refrigerated. I have tried keeping in a small cooler and tried 2 other cheaper products. The 4ALLFAMILY Nomad Biogel Ice Pack Pro travel cooler is the first thing I've tried in years that keeps drops at refrigerator temp on trips when I am gone for various reasons for up to 9 hours. I like the benefit of seeing the temp display on top of bottle. I also have the silver insulated case which helps. I don't leave it in the car on extremely hot days. My husband is going to make a simple aluminum bubble pack insulation sleeve if I leave in hot places like a closed up car in high temps. I'm not sure I will need, but I want to be confident my drops remain usable.

Super useful for peptides and tirz

I highly recommend this product after traveling on a 12 hour flight. From the time I had left my house till I arrived at my hotel, this container kept my peptides very cold for 16 hrs. I didn’t feel any difference in the temperature that they were stored at in the refrigerator. I also went through TSA 4 times with no issues at all. I looked at a lot of different options and so glad I went with this brand for my travels. I stored 2 vials of peptides safely. Highly recommend.

This product exceeded expectations! Kept medication at temperature needed for over 10+ hours. The case offered additional protection and the exterior zippered pocket was convenient for storing needles and alcohol wipes. Very good pricing for quality product!!!

The cooler performed very well on our 18-hour trip from Florida to Hawaii when we transported an auto-injector pen and a small vial. Instructions for freezing the included gel pack and packaging the medicines—an auto-injector pen and a small vial—were simple and clear, and we followed them to the letter. The cooler had sufficient space that it could have accommodated additional items. The cooler was easy to seal—we just screwed on the top in accordance with the instructions. There was no leakage during transport. The cooler was very lightweight and we included it with our carry-on luggage. Having never before carried chilled medicines on a commercial flight before, we were concerned about the TSA screening process. When we arrived at the checkpoint, we removed the cooler from our backpack, placed it in the TSA bin, and advised the TSA agent it was a medical cooler. We sailed through screening without incident. Once we reached our hotel destination, we moved the cooler contents to the refrigerator. It appeared to us the gel pack could have kept the contents cooled for hours longer, had that been necessary. (Remember: in our case, the cooler itself was always in a temperature-controlled environment, and never left where it would’ve been heated by the sun.) Cooler is stylish enough for our purposes. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Life saver for Travellers with diabetes..it will keep the insulin up to 3 days if kept in AC, or else 48 hrs without any problem..

Aguanta casi 48 horas para llevarme mis plumas de Wegoby a un viaje largo. La seguridad del aeropuerto no se inmuta, ni pregunta. Tras probar varias opciones, esta es , con mucho, la mejor.

Product is good But height mentioned 24 cm is wrong in data sheet its measured 23 cm and due to that i m unable to put Genotropin pen in that case highly disappointed

Desde el dia que llego lo probe ya que saldre de viaje y por lo menos mi medicamento estaria 12 hrs fuera de refrigeracion, congele el GEL todo un dia y al dia sigueinte lo introduje en el termo y mantuvo una temperatura enter 0-5 grados pro 24 hrs, a tamperatura ambiente entre 30-35 grados algo que si hice fue meterlo en su estuche para que guardara aun mas el frio... me parece que paso la prueba, lo unico que no me gusto es que muy a penas le caben 3 plumas de insulina, muy justas, pro lo demas esta muy bien ...recomendable
