I am no expert in steel pans but wow this is a nice pan. It puts one heck of a sear on a NY strip I can attest to.

Great pan
We added this to the arsenal after my husband deemed our 15 year old skillet was too warped (it was). We had gotten a set of D3 All-Clad, but did not have a 12” skillet he liked. This fit the bill perfectly. Comfortable handle, easy to clean, good performance and seems to resist staining better than our other SS pans. Planning to add more Hestan into the mix as we retire other pans.

Warped and no support from Hestan
I have purchased a handful of your probond products and happy with all of them. I hand wash them all. The first 2 times I used the 12.5”skillet it was perfect. The 3rd time I notice it warped. The 4th time it just didn’t wobble, it spun on my electric cooktop.I contacted Hestan via email. They got back to me 4 days later requesting pictures. 2 months later I still have not heard from them at all. Terrible customer service.

Horrible to clean after seasoning properly with several heat cycles and oil. Still stained permanently after the first use. I would never recommend this brand to anyone.
