Is the ff7 remake intergrade different from just upgrading the PS4 version to ps5 version for free?

It comes with the Yuffie DLC and is a physical copy if you care about that! You can also purchase the Yuffie DLC separately in the PS5 store after your free upgrade.

Is the dlc a code on paper or physical on disc??

Will I be getting the game on a pyhsical blue ray disc in the original disc box? Or is this a download only?

It's a disc yes, my only complaint is the Intergrade Episode being a download code. If you do not own FFVII for the PS4 this is a great deal, otherwise just stick to the PS4 copy and upgrade it
