Great exercise bike. Seat is comfortable also the back support and support handles are comfortable. Everything works very fine. I love the bike. and I have installed on my own. Installation Video link is shared with QR code provided with product. Its Little bit time taking but its not a rocket science. apply some oil on handles before wearing Gripping cushions. And one plier/pakkad and one small hammer is required for 1/2 parts. Only issue i faced is 'its start makes noise as moving handles attached to peddals by bolts. these bolts get loosen. but we can tight it once in a week. so i am happy with overall product. kudos.

The product overall is nice & fulfills all the basic demands. Although I received a little damaged product in my first delivery (a plastic part on top tube was broken) but I got replacement quickly so I am happy with that service. but would like 'Reach' to improve the plastic quality and the coushioning of seat should also be improved, I found it little stiff. while I was assembling the product everything got assembled seamlessly except the attachment of handles to the pedals (a screw like object was given which was very hard to put into those 3 holes together) so that the handles can move while pedalling. because of this I can't use my cycle with keeping handles stationary as for that I will have to remove that screw and it would be difficult to screw it back again & again so I am gonna go with moving handles permanently. I would like Reach to look into that too.

Garbage product. Pedal always coming loose. Why can't they at least give a small screw on the other side. Such a small thing such a simple thing to make still they screw it up. Never buy any product from this brand

It is a good home exercise bike where every member of the family can use it with ease. Not much space occupying thing . Easy to install and use . I just don't like this thing that no one response to the call or on what's app when I once required some help regarding the bike. The response was quite poor. Overall the bike is good but company response is poor. No one even tried to contact back from the company for help .

Writing my review after using the product for 10 days now, the Air Bike from Reach is an excellent product for indoor excercise concept. People who are searching for excercise cycle to burn your calories and to keep fit yourself, this is your go to product with in affordable price. The quality of the machine is really good and with a free installation from Reach company side as well. Overall Best product in the budget among other competitors of same industry.

Assembling the pedals is a hassle. Took me forever. Even though Amazon states that a company representative will arrive, you won’t get anyone to come and assemble the machine. The only support you get is they’ll provide you with a manual and a YouTube video link on “watch and learn to do it yourself” basis and the machine assembles in that video in a breeze, so much so that I felt that I had received a defective product because the pedals were just not fitting in there. About the machine per se, the body is of steel rest is just plastic and fibre. Works okay though; not like I’m expecting it to take off for a ride. Just sit there and swing the pedals and you’re good to go.

Good value for money around 6k with 9m emi Build quality is fair, some effort required to get the parts aligned properly shouldnt be a problem if using their technicians service Felt some joints weren't greased so used silicon grease on them Received service call 2 days after delivery to check if technician required for assembling and all is fine I use it daily for spinning cardio not on high resistance The crossfit moving arms ensures full body involvement cardio 15 months warranty at the price is very reasonable for the benifits, convenience, comfort and all at home can use especially with high pollution outside and monsoon months My suggestion dont put the seat high so that all can use easily low seat is fine if not using high resistance load Highly recommend Enjoy your fitness journey!
