BAD CARTRIDGE?

THIS CARTRIDGE WILL NOT PRINT CLEANLY. LEAVES WHOLE PAGE LOOKING GRAY. WE'VE HAD THE KYOCERA PRINTER FOR SOME TIME, AND NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH OTHER TONER CARTRIDGES. HAD TO REPLACE CARTRIDGE, AS OUTPUT TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
