How many washes will this last for with a large dog? (I have a stocky lab)

I have a medium size mixed breed which i wash on average ones a week. I love the bar soap's they really lather. She is super soft and with the Peppermint/ Tea Tree helps her itchy skin. Last me about 12 to 15 washes on average, on i have her very soapy. I love this product!

Has anyone ever used it on their own hair instead of their dogs?

I have used this on my hair followed by a vinegar/water rinse a few times and loved it. I did not check with the company to see if that is okay though.

Can i use this on my dog with no skin issues, like a regular shampoo or will it hurt my pomeranians skin and coat if not needed?

Yes. But not without the conditioning lemongrass and mint bar after. I have used this for about 7 years. These bars last me at least a year. My dogs seem to like it.
