If you are low on potassium or magnesium, these are good. I drink a lot of water, so I need to replenish my potassium and magnesium.

I assume what they have in them is what they say they do, but one thing you should know is that these pills are massive. If you get them for a kid they’re not goin to be able to swallow them. Or if you have a hard time swallowing pills it may be a challenge. But they were delivered quickly good quality, etc.
