I took it for pp hair shedding .I took it for a month and honestly was a little disappointed in the beginning, 2-3 weeks in and i didn’t notice any changes. Once I finished the bottle I didn’t repurchase but like 2 days later I noticed massive growth where the thinning was ! It definitely works! My hair is still shedding but it’s filling in as it’s shedding so it’s worth it .

I had awful postpartum hair loss around 3 months pp. This supplement saved my hair and I could not recommend enough. Worth the money!

This supplement does not smell or taste as bad as others I have tried. Of note, the serving size is 4 capsules. They are rather large size. It took me about 2.5-3 months to use them all since it was difficult taking 4 pills daily. It did not cause any nausea or other adverse side effects, but I’m not sure I saw any improvement. It could be that I did not use it long enough. I don’t know if the price justifies continued use, so I’ll probably look for an alternative.

Began taking this the day after I gave birth. It’s now been 8 months and my hair is the healthiest it’s ever been. The picture on the left is before I was ever pregnant. I suffered hormonal hair loss after stopping birth control. I was so nervous for postpartum as that can cause hair loss as well from the huge hormonal shift. I started taking it right away and have remained consistent and did not experience significant hair loss. My normal shedding resumed as you don’t shed hair when pregnant but no clumps of hair coming out or bald spots like many women experience after giving birth. My hair is the healthiest, longest and fullest it’s ever been. I highly recommend starting asap and remaining consistent with it to avoid PP hair loss.
