I started using this nighttime formula along with the same brand's daytime formula and it is the best relief I've found. My tinnitus is often more bothersome at night when everything else is so quiet and it makes it even harder to sleep. This formula has taken care of the buzzing and has restored my sleep. My nights are finally peaceful for the first time in a long time! Highly recommend!

I wish I had kept track of supplements I have taken over the years that proved to have NO BENEFIT. The number had I kept track would make me feel as I do every other time a supplement I have taken has failed to prove any benefit. I usually give any (miracle supplement) 45 days to be fair to said properties delivering this or that.In the case of this supplement I took it for 30 days doubling up on the dose daily by taking 1 AM and 1 PM. I am sad to say even taking it at double strength it FAILED to show even a mynute difference to the high pitched screeching I experience due to my tinnitus. I am unable to see any benefit for any of the symptoms associated with my tinnitus whatsoever so please, please, please remember the expression or definition of insanity, (doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome) I wish I had.Any of the supplements on the market should at the very least be regulated and forced to undergo a DOUBLE BLIND STUDY) to determine if they are truely what they claim to be.As to the positive reviews I strongly believe those folks are just trying to kid themselves to eliminate the feeling of being duped. This review may not make it to print due to Amazon typically supporting their vendors as at the end of the day it is all about money right?

I had been using a different product for years but the ear noise was getting really bad again so I tried a couple different products. When I started this one I got relief in about a week to the point where the ear noise reduced about 90% or more. Some noise came back so I started using both the regular and the PM. I have now used it for over 3 months. About 2 weeks ago my ear noise increased but is still around 50% reduction since I started. I am hoping to get back to 90% but only time will tell.I rate it very low as far as cost because this is very expensive. If it works I am willing to continue but if it stops working I'll keep looking for relief.

everyone knows there is no cure for tinnitus. My ENT is the same group of surgeons that formulated these capsules for tinnitus relief. I tried some samples in March and have since purchased 4 more bottles. I have noticed a definite drop in severity of the spikes. yes of course the tinnitus is still there but the spikes were unbearable.

I took this product for over 2 months seem to work for me but I got an unuaual diarrhea that I went on for a month I went for medical help and it could not be figured out until I saw a comment on melatonin I looked up the side affects and found A 2017 review stated that low doses of melatonin accelerate intestinal transit time, which is the time food takes to travel through the intestines. Helping with curbing the ringing. I take these with other products for the ears and adding in these is helpful.
