i’m 5’5 and i’m 170lbs what size would be good for me?

Well I’m 5’8 and 215 I got the XL and they are a bit snug in the waist area and the scrunch in the butt area doesn’t really scrunch so I suggest going one size up

How good are these for working out? I want to buy them for a friend that loves working out and if it’s just for looks it might not be the best for her

Can I wear my disposable diaper under these shorts? Or would it show?
