This back massager is excellent not only for the back but also for after exercising , works good towards sore upper back, upper back neck And legs, I felt a little heat but I was very impressed of all the relaxation which gave me more flex ability after workouts . For such a low price item it’s well worth the value for the 👍 👏😊

It’s a $30 dollar massager, but it’s worth every penny so far! I just got it and it works right from head to feet. I’m actually a bit impressed. It’s super easy to use. It’s very light. It helped relieve pain in my feet, calves, back, neck, shoulders, and head! The heat does not work though. It lights up red, but I did not feel any warmth. The pressure is dependent on how hard you lean on it, but I wouldn’t lean too hard on it. I also did not see any speed settings. There is a reverse button though! It goes at a pretty good constant speed. As I said, it’s a good $30 massager. I do wish the heat worked though!

Got this for my dad who has been having lower back problems. He said it’s worked great. It’s small enough for him to bring it places with him. He said it’s already helped with his back pain!

Update: after using this about 6 months, I regret my purchase. In those 7 months I've used it maybe 5 or 6 times - not because it doesn't work but because it's awkward to use - I have to lie on the floor to get my upper back and neck area because otherwise it just slides down. It's frustrating. I should have just ordered one like I had before where the strap things come over your shoulder and you can either hold those or the weight keeps it more stable. ----- Four stars because it doesn't cost much so you get what you pay for. For this price, it's a four star unit. Is this the best 'shiatsu' back massager I've ever used? No. But does it work for what I need and was less than $33 (on sale)? Yes. What I like: It's small so it's easy to store away after use. The part you plug into the unit stays plugged in even when I maneuver the unit around - my old back massager was always coming unplugged as it didn't fit tight enough. It gives me enough deep massage if I lean back into it. If I don't lean back into it, it's more of a relaxing massage. It doesn't vibrate but rolls - vibration hurts my old back injury/surgery area. Heat works enough for the price of this massager. Massage ball things rotate in two directions. East to turn on and off. Helped my stiff upper back. What doesn't work as well: It's a little awkward to use if you don't have the right chair or place to put it to lean against it. The strap didn't hold on the chair I have but kept slipping off so it's useless for me. My old massager had the rotation and on/off buttons in an easy to access area so you could change without moving the unit -- this is a smaller unit so I didn't expect that function but it was nice to have. The unit feels a little cheap but I didn't expect much for this price so I'm not taking off a star for "you get what you pay for" area. The part that plugs into the wall outlet gets quite warm and that worries me. I would very much suggest that you do not keep this plugged in - you shouldn't anyway but really caution about unplugging this as soon as you are done with it. Would I purchase it again knowing what I know now? Probably not. I think I'd pay more and get something better/more quality. But for the price and with limited storage space right now where I am living, this will do. But I will be checking that part that plugs into the wall regularly and if it gets any warmer or gets hot, I am not using this any longer.

I don't like to leave reviews, but this product is amazing. I had one for awhile and didn't use it too much, I didn't think it worked well. Lately my back is as tense/sore as it's ever been, and I gave it another try. It's amazing. This is more of a deep tissue type massage, so it's probably more for moderate+ level back soreness. The price is amazing for how good of a job it does. Strongly recommend.

Got this to help with back pain from sitting and laying down for long periods after knee surgery and this was a lifesaver. It was just what I needed to work out the kinks and get a good nice rest. I audibly moaned as soon as I turned it on. I would highly recommend to anyone who an inexpensive solution to relieve back pain.

Utilizzato per tre mesi senza alcun problema finche non si è rotta la presa elettrica fatta con prodotti scadenti ed eccessivamente rigidi e delicati. Il rullo fa il suo dovere, massaggia le zone col suo movimento circolatorio. Non è miracoloso ma fa il suo, peccato per la rottura, motivo per cui do 3 stelle. 5 stelle invece il servizio Amazon.

It's very basis massager, the heat is not working as described. it's like any cheap massager found in any where, nothing special. Overall, it's very expensive compare to what you should get.

Ich klemme mir seit Jahren immer wieder und ständig einen Nerv in der LWS ein. Wahrscheinlich Ischias. So richtig kann kein Arzt es deuten. Der Physiotherapeut hat mit "naja sagen wir mal Triggerpunktbehandlung" das Problem kurzfristig besser gemacht. War aber sehr zeitaufwändig und teuer, aber ich wusste zumindest wo das Problem liegt und wie es besser wird. Und nach endlosen Schmerzmitteln und mittlerweile Oxycodon, da dachte ich so...probier das Dingen doch einfach mal aus. Wenn doof, dann doof. Kostet ja nicht die Welt und Amazon macht den Umtausch ja auch problemlos möglich. Und was soll ich sagen....das Teil ist supertoll für mich. Ich bin zur Zeit schmerzfrei ohne Pillen. Ich lege mich auf die Seite auf der Couch und hau mir das Massagedingen auf die Pobacken und Hüfte, Oberschenkel und Lendenwirbelregion. Immer schön vorsichtig anfangen und austesten und hin-und herschieben wie es am besten ist. Das Gerät hat ordentlich Kraft und ist am Anfang, bis die Muskeln lockern, auch nicht nett manchmal. Und so knetet es mir dann so langsam aber sicher alles frei. Ich klemme es mittlerweile zwischen mich und die Couch, damit ich mehr Druck habe und es auch tiefer geht. Wahrscheinlich soll man auch nur einmal das "15 Minuten Programm" machen. Ich mache es bei Bedarf auch länger. Wird dann schon ganz schön warm das Dingen. Also für manche bestimmt zu warm. Denke also für den Dauergebrauch ist es nicht geeignet. Aber ne halbe Stunde am Tag schafft es super. Und nach ner Zeit braucht man es auch gar nicht mehr jeden Tag. Meiner Mutter habe ich das Dingen auch gekauft, weil ich so begeistert bin. Sie hat es für den Nacken benutzt. Allerdings ist sie 80 und kommt mit dem Dingen überhaupt nicht zurecht. Sie meint "aua, das tut weh" und damit hatte sich das Teil erledigt für sie.

Fait un très bon massage. Vraiment contante.
