Great for proofing bread
Love these baskets! I use them to proof bread. They are the perfect size and work great for sourdough batards. They're not organic material so I definitely recommend using a liner.

AMAZING PRODUCT
PERFECT FOR SOURDOUGH BULK FERMINTATION IN THE FRIDGE, AND THEY WASH NICELY. DEFINITELY NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. LOOKING FOR SMALLER ONES FOR SMALLER LOAFS

Very sturdy and stately
These little baskets are perfect for organizing, gifting, and storing small items. They’re lightweight but sturdy, and the size is just right for snacks, fruit, toiletries, or creating gift baskets. Getting 12 in a pack makes them an excellent value, and they look much nicer than I expected for the price!

Great for sourdough proofing
I got these because they were more economical than baneton baskets. I proof a lot of dough and these were a great value for the quantity and they work just as well.
