For the first time in my life I feel like I have the tools to lead a sober life. They also offer a correspondence course for inmates. So I bought a second one and sent a copy to a loved one in jail. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone battling addiction Muslim or not.

A well written book by 2 incarcerated men who have been able to free themselves from addiction. Step by step, with "homework" papers to help you practice these necessary steps, and agreement that it is very difficult.

Way better than the standard Big Book of NA/AA in terms of recovery.
