The product works well, but the packaging was flimsy—just a thin film and no user manual. First-time users may be confused. Please improve the packaging and include clear instructions.

After using it for 3 -4 days I have seen that this helps in relaxing the back muscles very efficiently and also it makes patient feel calm and decreases pain in the spine. Very effective I would say.

Misleading product! The description claims it retains heat for 30 minutes, but in reality, it barely stays warm for a few minutes. The material inside feels like small stones, not proper heat-retaining components. Amazon's customer service was unhelpful, and despite requesting a return, no one came for pickup. Highly disappointed—do not waste your money!
