I use these rings to help my students practice body coordination and gross motor control through a variety of jumps, such as moving from two feet to two feet or one foot to one foot, and a combination of those. Some reviews said the rings were too small or the bag broke easily, but we’ve had no problem with either. Perfect size for agility training for all ages and the carrying case works just fine. Would recommend.
