Perfect Loo lid

My old lid cracked so I bought this and it was more than I expected. It is elongated and fits my Loo. It has a different attachment in the back using a bolt and washer. The Installation was turned inward rather than facing back. The instructions were a bit tricky so you need to rationalize some. I went on YouTube for help. So happy I did it’s perfect.

Easy to install, looks great, slow close lid.

I don't usually write reviews but this seat deserves one, I absolutely love it. I watched the video on how to install and was able to install it with ease. The seat itself is comfy and stylish. I highly recommend.

Inferior product- 2x arrived damaged and unsusable.

Original order came in with broken clips on toilet lid. This was in its original box inside an Amazon box! Disappointed but ordered a replacement… second one came in with a taped up boxed and broken parts AGAIN. Why R&T can’t package the seat better or why they ship out damaged product is beyond frustration. Total waste of my time to have to process and stand in line twice to returns.
