I bought this because I want to try to start sculpting my body and it does work. You just have to make sure that you are consistent with it and obviously with a good diet. I would suggest if you are using this to also wear a good waist trainer. This tool is very easy to use Perfect size for the Hand the material is really good value for your money. It does not hurt when using it very sturdy.
